Rental Policy

1. Booking and Confirmation: To reserve a seat on our bus tours, a valid booking request must be made through our official booking channels. Upon receiving your request, we will confirm the availability and provide a booking confirmation with tour details, including date, time, meeting point, and total cost.

2. Payment: Full payment for the bus tour must be made at the time of booking to secure your reservation. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and online payment platforms.

3. Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the tour’s scheduled departure time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour will not be eligible for a refund. No-shows or late arrivals will not receive any refund.

4. Tour Schedule: Please arrive at the designated meeting point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. The tour will start promptly at the specified time, and we cannot wait for latecomers.

5. Tour Duration: The duration of the tour may vary depending on traffic, weather, and other factors. While we make every effort to adhere to the estimated duration, we reserve the right to modify the itinerary for the safety and convenience of all participants.

6. Tour Inclusions: The tour package includes transportation, guided commentary, and entrance fees to specified attractions, as mentioned in the itinerary. Meals, personal expenses, and additional activities not explicitly stated are not included.

7. Health and Safety: Our tour participants’ safety is of utmost importance. Please follow the instructions of the tour guide and adhere to safety guidelines while on the bus and during stops.

8. Seating Arrangements: Seat allocation on the bus will be on a first-come, first-served basis. We cannot guarantee specific seat assignments, but we will strive to accommodate requests whenever possible.

9. Age and Health Restrictions: Some tours may have age or health restrictions due to the nature of the activities involved. Please check the tour details before booking, and notify us of any specific requirements or medical conditions.

10. Photography and Media: During the tour, photographs or videos may be taken for promotional purposes. By participating in the tour, you grant us the right to use such media without compensation or notification.

11. Lost Items: We are not responsible for personal belongings left on the bus or during stops. Please ensure to take all your belongings with you at each stop.

12. Tour Changes and Cancellations: In rare cases of unavoidable circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel or modify the tour. In such situations, participants will be offered an alternative tour or a full refund.
