Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the tour’s scheduled departure time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour will not be eligible for a refund. No-shows or late arrivals will not receive any refund.
Tour Schedule: Please arrive at the designated meeting point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. The tour will start promptly at the specified time, and we cannot wait for latecomers.
