Service Description
The Local Tour provides transportation services for individuals and groups. Our services include but are not limited to airport transfers, point-to-point transfers, and hourly charters.
Booking
Bookings can be made online. A valid email address, phone number, name, and flight number are required to make a reservation. All bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time to receive a full refund. 100% refund if you cancel a reservation, in writing more than 48 hours prior to the start time of the tour.
If you cancel within 48hours of the start time or fail to show up, you will not be eligible for a refund
Changes to Bookings
Changes to bookings can be made up to 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Any changes made less than 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time may result in additional fees.
Vehicle and Driver
Our company provides a professional driver and a clean, well-maintained vehicle. All of our drivers are licensed and insured. We reserve the right to provide a vehicle and driver that best fits your needs.
Passengers and Luggage
Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have the appropriate travel documents and visas for their journey. Passengers are responsible for their own luggage. Our vehicles have limited luggage capacity, so please let us know if you have any special requirements.
Liability
Our Company is not liable for any damages or losses incurred during transportation. We are not responsible for any delays caused by traffic or other unforeseeable circumstances.
Privacy Policy
We take the privacy of our clients seriously. We will not sell or share any personal information with third parties unless required by law.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Greek government. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Greek government.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services after the changes have been posted will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

What forms of payments do you accept?
When you make a booking, you can pay either by VISA MasterCard , Amex, Dinners or Pay Pal.
What happens if it rains?
In case of rain you will have the unique experience to see Skopelos in rain! In any case,
all our transfers are held rain or shine. You should dress appropriately for the day’s weather conditions and bring along an umbrella if necessary.
If you forgot your umbrella at the hotel we provide you with a raincoat!
What do i get after i book?
After booking you'll receive a Confirmation Letter - Voucher by email from us.
This is also the payment confirmation. It’s a good idea to keep the emails for your records.
Your voucher is especially important because it contains the details of the transfer meeting point and contact information in case of an emergency.
Refund Policy
Private Transfers
100% refund if you cancel a reservation, in writing more than 48 hours prior to the start time of the transfer.
If you cancel within 48hours of the start time or fail to show up, you will not be eligible for a refund.
How large are your Groups?
Our transfers are conducted in English by carefully selected, highly qualified driver, ONLY PRIVATE GROUPS. The maximum capacity for our transfers is:

Why i have not received a reply to my emails?
We do auto reply 5-10min after your booking. If you haven’t received any reply to your emails during this time please check your “spam” or “junk” folder too.
The e-mails remain in this folder for up to 7 days and then are automatically deleted by your email provider.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. By using our secure online payment system, your payment information is encrypted, you are secured against fraud.
