    1. General
    These Terms apply to the website and transport services of Halkidiki Transfers (shared transfers & private tours).
    By booking, you accept these Terms.
    Official language: English.

    2. Services
    Shared transfers (per person),private tours/excursions (per vehicle, unless stated). custom transfers (extra charges may apply) 

    3. Booking & Payment
    Bookings via website, form, or email with accurate details.
    Confirmed only after email confirmation.
    Prices depend on distance, passengers, luggage, and extras.
    Payment: card or cash.

    4. Luggage
    One suitcase + one hand luggage per passenger.
    Excess luggage may be refused.
    No liability for loss or damage.

    5. Children
    Children under 12 with adult.
    Child seat (0–5) required and counts as a seat.
    Special needs must be declared in advance.

    6. Changes & Cancellations
    Up to 2 changes >24h: free.
    Extra changes: €10.
    Changes <24h: €20.
    Cancel ≥48h: full refund.
    Cancel <48h: no refund.
    Force majeure: refund with proof.

    7. Waiting & No-Show
    Airport Shared Transfers :The bus/van will wait up to 15 minutes after the scheduled departure time.
    Private Tours: 15 min free waiting.Extra waiting: €20 / 30 min.
    No-show or wrong details: 50% charge.

    8. Safety
    Licensed & insured vehicles.
    Dangerous or intoxicated passengers may be refused without refund.
    No smoking, alcohol, or food (except water).

    9. Liability
    No responsibility for delays due to traffic, weather, or force majeure.
    Travel times are estimates.
    Company fault → full refund.
    Greek law & courts apply.
