Reservations Policy
For reservations: To confim your reservation you need a deposit of 100% of the total amount of the charter agreement.
Payment via Credit/Debit Card: If you choose to pay by card, the total amount is charged automatically through the system, and your reservation is confirmed instantly.
Payment via Bank Transfer: If you choose to pay via bank transfer, you need to send us the proof of your deposit via email (stelios.dedetsinas@gmail.com) or WhatsApp (+30 6940 572 137) within 6 hours. Otherwise, your reservation will be cancelled automatically.
Cancellation at the Customer’s Initiative
Should you wish to cancel your booking, the following applies:
• Up to 16 days before the scheduled departure date: 100% of the amount paid will be refunded.
• From 15 days up to the day of departure: The deposit/full payment (100%) is non-refundable.
Weather Conditions & Safety of Departure Passenger safety is our absolute priority.
• The voyage will take place provided that weather conditions at the embarkation point and in the sailing area are favourable (wind force up to 6 Beaufort) and the local Port Authorities give their permission.
• In the event of a sailing ban due to bad weather (winds exceeding 6 Beaufort) or an order from the Port Authority preventing the start of the charter:
1.The charter will be rescheduled to a new available date, subject to mutual agreement.
2.If no alternative date is available or if you can prove that you are leaving the island (by presenting an official document or ticket), 100% of the amount paid will be refunded.
Terms of Use & Equipment Liability
Use of the boat’s facilities is included in the charter cost, subject to the following conditions for the protection of the equipment:
Electric Toilets
• To prevent damage to the drainage system, it is strictly forbidden to dispose of paper or other objects in the electric toilets. In the event of a blockage caused by the customer, a charge will be made for the repair.
Water Sports & SUP
• The equipment is provided in excellent condition. Please use it correctly (e.g. avoid contact with rocks). The loss of snorkelling equipment or damage to the SUP will result in a charge for replacement. In the event of partial damage or damage to parts that can be repaired, the cost of repair shall be borne by the charterer.
Passenger Liability & Damage to the Vessel
• The charterer bears full and exclusive liability for any damage, wear and tear or destruction caused to the vessel (including the deck, equipment, furniture, upholstery, navigation instruments and mechanical parts) through the fault, negligence or misuse on the part of the charterer or the passengers. In the event of damage, the cost of repair or replacement shall be borne entirely by the charterer.
Cost of Repair
• In the event of damage, the cost of repair or replacement shall be calculated on the basis of the current market value of the materials and labour provided by a specialist workshop or shipyard.

Necessary charter documents
The Greek Port Authority demands two basic things.
One is the charter agreement between the charterer and the owner of the vessel which must be signed by you at the latest one day before boarding and the other is the passenger list. Therefore you must send me via WhatsApp or email photos of all the passenger passports no later than one day before boarding so that I can write the charter agreement.
