Prices are fixed according to normal economic and sanitary conditions and schedule, timetable, programs, and trip duration are only provided for guidance and may be changed as needed. The following information are required to proceed to booking:
-If transfers needed: hotel name or location link if rental, so we can confirm the pick-up point and pick-up time. You are kindly asked to be 5 minutes prior to the estimated pick-up time for your excursion. Pickup times are approximate, thank you in advance for your understanding of delays due to traffic on the island.
Cancellation policy:
-Less than 24 hours prior excursion departure: 100% cancellation fees.
-On departure day in case of non-attendance of customer before the departure: 100% cancellation fees.
-Any partial or total interruption of performance because of customer responsibility: 100% cancellation fees.
-The excursions can be cancelled by our company due to low participation or bad weather conditions: in such a case a choice of alternative date will be given upon availability. If the excursion cannot be rescheduled, a full refund will be made.
Payment policy:
-100% upon reservation in order to secure the booking.
