Rental Policy

Reservation Confirmation:

    1. The 50% deposit is non-refundable 
    2. Cancellations made more than 14 days before a daily charter or 60 days before a multi-day cruise charter may be eligible for a partial refund of the remaining balance.

    1. Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal, starting from the conclusion of the contract.
    2. Certain services may be exempt if performance begins with the consumer's agreement before the end of the withdrawal period.

Unfair Commercial Practices:

    1. Fair commercial practices are maintained to prevent misleading consumers.

Delivery of Services:

    1. Services are delivered within the agreed timeframe or without undue delay.

    1. Reimbursement is conducted without undue delay, within 14 days of being informed of the withdrawal decision.

    1. Reimbursement is made using the same means of payment as the consumer used for the initial transaction.

Refund Deductions:

    1. Deductions may be made for the loss in value of goods supplied due to unnecessary handling by the consumer.
