    Reservation Confirmation:

        1. The 50% deposit is non-refundable 
        2. Cancellations made more than 14 days before a daily charter or 60 days before a multi-day cruise charter may be eligible for a partial refund of the remaining balance.

    Consumer Rights (Based on EU Consumer Rights Directive):

    Right of Withdrawal:

        1. Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal, starting from the conclusion of the contract.
        2. Certain services may be exempt if performance begins with the consumer's agreement before the end of the withdrawal period.

    Transparent Information:

        1. Clear and comprehensive information about charter services is provided to ensure transparency.

    Unfair Commercial Practices:

        1. Fair commercial practices are maintained to prevent misleading consumers.

    Delivery of Services:

        1. Services are delivered within the agreed timeframe or without undue delay.
